Offer: Rewards of Bajaj Coins on in-store purchase

"This is a promotional Offer provided by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) through its Enrolled Stores, for products listed on Bajaj Mall, a platform owned by Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited (“BFDL”).

1. Get Reward in the form of Bajaj Coins upon successful disbursal of Loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd (BFL) during the offer period for purchasing Participating Product from BFL Enrolled Stores.
2. Quantum of Reward: Customers who successfully avail loan ranging from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 8,00,000/- from BFL for purchasing the Participating Products listed in Bajaj Mall through the BFL Enrolled Merchant Store shall receive up to 7500 Bajaj Coins. (One Bajaj Coin is equal to 20 Paisa).
3. Product Eligible in this offer: Phone (Web-Mobile), LED, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Laptop, Home Theatre, Tablet, Water Purifier, Microwave Oven & Smart Watch
4. Offer Period: Refers to the specific duration starting from 12:00 am on 1^st May 2024 until 11:59 pm on 31^st October 2024 stipulated within the lock reward voucher retained by the customer, subject to alteration or extension by BFL without prior notification to the Customers.

1. “BFL Enrolled Stores” shall mean and include such designated stores as may be communicated to the Customers by BFL from time to time by way of SMS or App notifications, social media posts or in any other manner as may be deemed fit by BFL.

6. The locked Voucher shall get unlocked within 30 days of successful loan disbursal. The Customer shall receive the Reward in the form of Bajaj Coins as soon as the loan is disbursed customer will receive inherent value of Bajaj Coins.
7. Bajaj Coin(s): Please note that:

• One Bajaj coin carries equivalent value of 20 Paisa, which is not withdrawable as cash.
• The term Bajaj Coins denotes the reward which could be redeemed only on Bajaj Pay Wallet and on Bajaj Finserv App only.
• Bajaj Coins is/are NOT to be construed as any legal tender or currency (digital/physical) under Indian law.
• Minimum Bajaj Coins balance in Bajaj Finserv App should be 200 to qualify for conversion to cash back on Bajaj Finserv App.
• Bajaj Coins once converted as cash into sub-wallet, it cannot be converted back into Bajaj coins.

8. Eligibility criteria: This offer is eligible for the selected customers:
   1. Who are communicated via SMS and/or App Notifications.
   2. Who receives a locked reward voucher for this promotional campaign Products pertaining to the said BFL Enrolled Stores.
   3. Who visits any BFL Enrolled Store for purchasing the Product during the Offer Period and purchases the Product while availing Finance Facility from BFL.
9. Customer shall NOT be eligible for the reward if:
   1. The customer fails to comply with the eligibility criteria or any of the Offer terms and conditions.
   2. The loan application for purchasing the Products is not initiated or disbursed during the Offer Period.
   3. The Registered Mobile number of the Bajaj Finserv App upon which the SMS / Notification or the locked Voucher is received is found to be different than the Mobile number registered by the Customer while availing the loan from BFL for purchasing the Product.
   4. The Customer, within 365 days from the reception of the Bajaj Coins, neglects to redeem the Coins in accordance with the provisions outlined within these terms and conditions.
   5. The underlying loan transaction remains unsuccessful or is subsequently cancelled either by the Customer or by BFL for any reason whatsoever. BFL shall be entitled to recover / adjust such reward from the customer if the loan transaction is cancelled after approval.
   6. If the Customer is found ineligible for the Reward by BFL or the BFL Enrolled Stores, as the case may be.
   7. The offer is not applicable on Bajaj Plus/Phone Lock/Device Financing.

10. Customer understands that he / she can redeem the Bajaj Coins, either by:
    1. Making transactions using a debit/credit card/UPI/PPI over the Bajaj Finserv App.
    2. carrying out bill payment transaction like make bill payment for electricity or LPG or water bill etc by converting coins in cashback. Rate of conversion of Bajaj Coin is 0.2 i.e., 1 Bajaj coin is equal to 20 Paisa; or
    3. converting Bajaj Coins into cashback (which gets credited in sub wallet) through Bajaj Finserv App. Rate of conversion of Bajaj Coin is 0.2 i.e., 1 Bajaj coin is equal to 20 Paisa. Minimum Coin Balance should be 200; Once Bajaj Coins gets converted as cashback into sub-wallet, it can’t be converted back into Bajaj coins; or
    4. purchasing 3rd party vouchers through Bajaj Dealz. Minimum coin balance should be 100. 
    5. Bajaj Coins can be burned / Redeemed only by carrying out valid transactions over Bajaj Finserv App as mentioned above. 
    6. Rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to bank account or any other wallet.
11. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit for converting Bajaj Coins into cashback shall be:
    1. 500 Bajaj Coins in a single transaction.
    2. 2000 Bajaj Coins in a calendar month.
12. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit while purchasing Vouchers over Bajaj Dealz shall be:
    1. 500 Bajaj Coins in a single transaction.
    2. 2000 Bajaj Coins in a calendar month.
13. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit while carrying out Bill Payment Transaction over Bajaj Finserv App and Website shall be.
    1. 500 Bajaj Coins in a single Bill Payment transaction.
    2. 2000 Bajaj Coins can be redeemed in a month.

14. Customer shall not be eligible for rewards for the transactions which involve redemption of Rewards.
    1. Making transactions using a debit/credit card/UPI/PPI over the Bajaj Finserv App.

15. Customer to note that Maximum redemption limit for Bajaj Coins while:
    1. Converting Bajaj Coins into Cashback is 20,000 Bajaj Coins.
    2. Redeeming Bajaj coins during bill payment transaction is 20,000 Bajaj Coins.
    3. Purchasing third party voucher at Bajaj Dealz is 25,000 Bajaj Coins.

16. This offer is applicable one time per Customer during the Offer Period and is non-transferable. This offer cannot be availed with any other offer/promotion, made available by BFL.
17. Participation in this Offer is completely voluntary, and customer may choose not to participate in the offer.
18. BFL is not a manufacturer/supplier/issuer of the participating products purchased by Customer and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose, or any other aspect of the participating products provided by any third party.
19. BFL holds no warranty with respect to the quality of products acquired or their suitability for any purpose. Customers understands that any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, or quality of the products must be addressed by the Customer directly with the seller / manufacturer of the Participating product and that BFL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
20. Any images displayed on the Bajaj Finserv App are for illustrative purposes only. Characteristics of actual product may vary.
21. BFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products purchased by the Customer.
22. This offer is available only to citizens of India in select cities of India. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. For avoidance of doubt and specific clarification, this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.
23. None of the reward promotion / offer involve any betting and / or wagering of money.
24. Eligibility of the customer with respect to the Offer and the quantum of Reward that may be received by the customer shall be in the sole discretion of BFL and / or the dealer. The same shall remain final and binding and not subject to any dispute settlement procedure.
25. BFL reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel, withdraw, or terminate the Offer without prior notice to the customer. BFL reserves the right, to add / alter / modify /change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice
26. These Reward Offer terms are in addition to the Terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

BFDL Disclaimers:

1. This Promotion is run by BFL to the Customers and not by BFDL.
2. This Promotion is valid for the Offer Period and subject to availability of the Product in stock at the time of purchase.
3. The responsibility with respect to the reward, its terms and conditions and its redemption to the eligible Customer, solely lies with BFL. BFDL shall not in any manner be liable for reward or its redemption in any circumstance whatsoever.
4. Disputes regarding the crediting or redemption of Reward under this Promotion should be addressed to BFL directly. BFDL shall not have any responsibility to address queries / provide resolution with respect to Reward offered by BFL to eligible Customers.  
5. BFDL shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose, or any other aspect of the Products/Reward provided by any third party.
6. BFDL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products purchased by the Customer.
7. These Terms and conditions of Promotion as mentioned hereunder are in addition to the General offer terms and conditions on BFDL’s Platform.
